[STN-Affiliates] ZR-900 capture problem in FCP

I am hoping that someone can save me a lot of hunting...

When I try to capture from the ZR-900 in FCP I can only capture two second intervals. 

Please tell me what settings I am looking for to fix this. Is it a camera setting? Final Cut?

Argh!
