We have just finished a documentary on the Holocaust and after shooting 60+  
hours of footage, realized there were two shots we needed.
 
1.  Exterior view of a high-speed train in Germany
2.  Helicopter aerial flyby of the Empire State Building.
 
And both needed to be shot in 720P High Definition.
 
We discovered pond5.com, searched their database, found exactly what we  were 
looking for and after paying a small fee, downloaded the two clips right  
into the Final Cut Pro timeline.
