[STN-Affiliates] Convention lunch money

I am taking a small group 5-7 students to the convention. Considering the small number, should my students be responsible for bringing their own food money and paying for their own food or should I collect enough to cover everyone? If I collect enough food money, I will have to save EVERY food receipt for school bookkeeping, so I don't see me collecting food money and then giving them allotted amounts to spend because I can't count on them saving their receipts. Under those circumstances, should I have them each take care of themselves or should I pay for all meals as a group? I would imagine I won't even see them all at the same time.
