[STN-Affiliates] Student Video Grant Opportunity

Hello all,
 
Today I found out that WGBH in Boston is holding an Open Call for video projects on Climate Change, inspired by the Frontline Documentary “Heat”.  Basically students wishing to get involved in this submit a pitch with a brief video, approximately one-minute long.  The pitch is due by March 15th.  If the pitch is accepted, they will help the student get the funds to create a three to five minute project that may eventually show on WGBH. Also, you will notice on the left side of the page they have a resources link (http://lab.wgbh.org/resources) to help students understand how to write a pitch.
 
Hopefully many of you can get involved.  It sounds like a wonderful opportunity.
