[STN-Affiliates] Camp STN note

We wanted to let teachers know about the registration process for the new
"Broadcast Leadership Academy."  You may register now and send the
students' names later, much later.  Just make sure you sign up soon
because this new camp is limited to ten schools (1 teacher, 3 kids per
school).

Registration continues until May for the Academy and for the main "Camp
STN" for first-time teacher attendees.
