[STN-Affiliates] Contingency Plan for STN

Good Afternoon Fellow Affiliates,

In the extensive process of getting the STN field trip approved, I have to
complete a contingency plan.  I wonder if anyone else had to complete one?
 If so, please can you share some ideas for completing mine?  They are
asking:

1.  Do you have a contingency plan if you cancel/postpone this field trip?
 Describe what it is.
2.  What provisions have you made should an emergency arise while you are
on the field trip?
3.  What is the refund policy and amount of refund?

Any advice is appreciated.
